We bought the wrong EU size which is was not shown when the order was placed

EU sizes 42, 43 and 44 are almost randomly assigned to British sizes 9 and 9.5 across the UK market - it would have saved an expensive return if you had stated that you were supplying an EU 44 for a British 9.5 order - I would not have confirmed the order! Otherwise I love the store and wish you success
