Incredibly poor customer service

I bought these boots for a Xmas present to my wife as dog walking winter boots-
They arrived on time in new condition and are good quality.
Unfortunatley the boots did not fit my wife - although she was pleased overall with the quality.
We used the returns lable included in the box - along with all the original packaging to return the boots in great as new condition - tried on once - never walked in outside.
it cost nearly £40 to ship to the netherlands - only to have the item - REFUSED by the company and returned to sender with no communication or reason.
I would advise you to be aware of this very poor customer service when buying from here - would I consider the company again - No. - would I reccommend the company - No - would I reccommend the product - Maybe.
